These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MD Flow application and the website at markdownfinder.app ("Services"), operated by the makers of MD Flow.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
#1. The Services
MD Flow is a native application for macOS, iPadOS, and iOS that lets you browse and preview Markdown files stored locally on your device. The website provides information about the app and related resources.
#2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the MD Flow app for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms that apply to apps distributed through the App Store.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable law
#3. Pricing
The core MD Flow experience is free to use. MD Flow Pro is a one-time unlock available for purchase. Tips are optional and voluntary. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
#4. Your content
You retain all rights to the files you open, browse, or preview with the app. MD Flow does not claim any ownership over your content, and does not upload your file contents to our servers.
#5. Website accounts and signups
Submitting your email through a contact form does not create an account. It indicates your interest in receiving a reply or updates you have requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.
#6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will be available at any given time.
#7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
#8. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the website.
#9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
#10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MD Flow is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
